The House of Representatives’ quad committee will not submit its findings on extrajudicial killings (EJKs) during the Duterte administration’s drug war to the International Criminal Court (ICC), according to Surigao del Norte 2nd District Rep. Ace Barbers.

Suspects in the double murder of Pampanga online sellers reportedly admitted to 12 other shootings in Central Luzon, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said Wednesday.

“The suspects have confessed to being involved in at least 12 other shooting incidents across Pampangasuperace88, Bataan and Nueva Ecija, making their capture a significant victory in the fight against violent crimes,” PNP said in a statement.
